Healthy weight. For 6 feet 2 inch guy

Hlo, sir, previously im 110 kg weight im overweight by running 11 km every day 8 km in now im 76 kg . Morning 50 min continuously without any break and than going zym and workout 1 hours in zym breakfast I take litle bowl fruits with all varieties like. Apple. Pomegranate. Carrot. Beetroot. Papaya. And peaes then talk half small bowl oats with toned milk with adding honey  and almonds. Kismis with all mixed vegetables last 4 months not eating any sweets sugars form only honey no.Tea after breakfast take green lunch. I take 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables with half plate salad .tomato. onion .Cucumber.redish and evening go for running 3 km than. Go again, zyming 1 hours then back home tK greentea and dnr take 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables and salad 1 plate and 1 boiled eggs white parts can  we have salad 2 times in a days is ok it will not gained weight na what weight will be good for 6 feet 2 inch tall guys plz tell is ok to run 11 km everyday 20000 steps
