I want guidance on diet chart of fatty liver. Can i take atta noodles once in 3 days wothout frying. Just boili and tastmaker. Can i take it as in breakfast.

It's not good to take any pre packaged food and this frequently these noodles are processed and pre fried. Pls stay away and have home Made food. Fatty liver is reversible so you can follow a good diet and get rid of it.
