These all are suggestive of stress reaction. Proper stress management is required. Certain things that will help:
meditation daily for at least half an hour in the morning
Following a flexible routine
excercise regularly and take balanced diet
Sleep and wake up at regular time
avoid caffeinated drinks at least 8 hrs before sleep
avoid using tv mobile laptop etc half an hour before sleep
Take plenty of fluids
Sharing your feelings with family or close friends also helps
