Sometimes I experience severe headache with other symptoms like nausea, vomiting etc. due to gas. It is really painful. What should I do?

Weather this is some headache that is causing gastric symptoms for this can be gastritis which can cause headache. Appropriate treatment can be planned ACCORDINGLY
