Headache and neck pain since 3 years

I am having neck pain and  headache since 3Years . Symptoms: Experience of headache every part of head Pressure in head Tightness in head Tightness in neck Irritation in head Heaviness in head Nausea like feeling I have done mri, ct scan ecg etc.Everything came out to be normal. I have taken following medicine during my headache duration since 3 years. Sertaline100mg Escitalopolam oxalate 10mg Aripiprazole 2mg Mirtazapine 15mg Desvenlafaxine 50mg Sodium valproarate 333mg + valproic acid 145mg Clonazepam 0.5mg Flouxetine 40mg Nortriptyline 25mg Paracetamol 650mg Naproxen 500mg Vortioxetine 20mg Zolpidem 10mg Duloxetine 30mg Alprazolam 0.25 mg Thiocolchicoside 4mg Chlorzoxazone 250mg Tramadol 37.5mg Etc No medicine has reduced my headache I do daily meditation for 10 min but no improvement

Hi. These are way too many medicines. Headache can be managed by medicines or sometimes by nerve blocks or botox. I would advise you to kindly consult once.
