Head fixed , vertex -4 cervix soft and p

Hi I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant and yesterday I got a pv exam and it suggests that head is fixed and posterior, cervix soft ,vertex -4 and pelvis adequate..so normal delivery possible?

Please consult a Gynaecologist with the following information Is it your first pregnancy ? Any abortion or infertility in the past. Where is the placenta? Your Doppler studies. Any medical diseases with pregnancy.
