Cholesterol is 176 HDL is 28 LDL  is 100 VLDL is 48 TG is 244 He is hypertensive, current value is 150/100. RBS is 93 Serum creatinine is 0.9 Blood Urea is 19 ECG is left ventricular hypertrophy, widespread ST-T abnormality 2D echo attached. Please advise.
