Having skin peeling after brushing

Age 34 wen i brushing my teeth. After 30 minutes or 1 hour my inner cheeks or under lips skin peeling. Having this problm from the last 3 month. I change three tooth paste but no relief Sensodyne, colgate, peposdent, even i tried salt mouth wash for 15 days. But no relief. Plz help me.
