Having severe stomach ache with loose stools after food. Bitterness in the mouth. This is happening since 3 days.

could be food induced gastroenteritis. treatment for gastroenteritis varies from person to person. major cause of GE is viral. symptomatic treatment would be enough. if you have fever,multiple episodes of loose watery,foul smelled stools and presence of dehydration is there, you will need better management to take care each and everything.
