Before I advise you something, just clear few points.
1. Are there any cuts / bruises or any sign of external injury to your heel?
2. Did you Jump from a height or performed jumping activity (since your Occupational profile says Student, alike activities are often performed by students just for fun), Notice any signs of fracture (swelling, difficulty moving, redness, raised temperature (if yes, get better get an X-ray done)
3. There could be a soft Tissue Injury Involvement (internal Injury to Stabilizing Structures)
4. Possible Sprain from sports.
5. Possible Soreness (which may increase along with the pain if external heat is applied in form of soaking in water / hot water bottle etc...)
6. Uncomfortable Footwear.
7. Assess what are the movements that discomfort you and the location (where at Heel)
8. What type of pain is it (electric and sharp shooting, dull, aching or throbbing?
9. What elevates pain?
10. What relives pain?
