Today morning I have suddenly started feeling dizziness. Little bit sweating also. Also feeling spinning like my bedroom is moving in round. Also felt like vomiting but it didn't happen. Some weakness also there. No fever and cough. Why it is happening suddenly ? Is it also  a symptom of covid-19 ? Please help me out.
