Back pain after lifting weight, probably a disc problem, take some rest and analgesics, if you do not have leg pain , weakness or numbness, just do some rest with some drugs. if there is pain with weakness in leg, or numbness, consult a spine surgeon, at the earliest

Consult a doctor and take appropriate medicine. If it's sudden then take rest for 2-3 days. If it's long standing then check your lifestyle

As per brief given by you It’s a discogenic pain due to annular disruption and herniation of nucleous pulposus. In mild pain just back care with medicine In moderate to severe pain you must go for MRI of Lumbar spine with whole spine screening, to find out severity of the disease nature and it’s remedy. Good luck.
