What is causing my hard bowel movement / constipation? I am doing everything right, i eat loads of fruits, vegetables, avoiding spicy and fast foods, i do yoga, i drink 3L+ water everyday, i even eat oatmeal for breakfast every day. This recurring hard bowel is reopening my anal fissure. I don't understand the cause.
