Hand pain while playing

4-5 days before I playing badminton in police ground my coach starts to say to do multi of shuttles so when I smash the shuttle I have some casual pain 3-4 days then I cannot play well I cannot smash or toss ( backward) and today my hand get so much pain because of fast smash

Hello... Where exactly in hand?? Might be due overstretch of ligaments it would have been teared.. You should take rest for some days till pain subsides... If pain subsides OK or else you must consult orthopedic surgeon with x ray in nearest hospital....
