I am already balding slowly as my hairline is going back, are there any medicines which I could use to decrease the hair fall and would my hair fall increase if I grow my hair long???

yes treatment available. but need to know propwr history first. it could be male pattern baldness. and no hair length wont affect hair fall. only if hair grows too long that they get tangled then hair may break. but never patterened hair loss. so you should consult for proper assessment and treatment
