Hair shedding over a couple of months often follows a dip in iron stores. Your iron and transferrin saturation have come down since last year, so this is worth acting on rather than watching.
Next Steps
Please see a physician with the full report, including ferritin and haemoglobin. They can decide whether you need iron and for how long. If your periods are heavy, mention that too, since it is a common reason iron drops at your age.

You can also test ferritin levels, haemoglobin levels, calcium, d3 l, b12. Fluctuations in iron levels should be managed. Kindly consult for better diagnosis and management

Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning. Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”
