There r so many reasons for hair fall.first rule out cause .
Eat 10 glass water per day.
Eat planty vegetables,fruits per day.
Eat proper protein,iron,vitamins in ur diet.

hair fall may be due to pollution and water..have food rich in proteins..you can use biotin supplements.. oil and massage your hairs and scalp regularly... avoid sprays,excessive shampooing
