No no .it shouldnt ignore .perfect blood analysis is mandatory after consultation  physician

At age of 25, if u get such hb reports ( if done in a standard lab) - we have to evaluate your for polycythemia. If u are a smoker and smoke significantly then it's secondary polycythemia - which can be assesed by carboxy hemoglobin levels. If the diagnosis is confirm you can be advised to the recurrent blood donations. However if you do not smoke and if you do and ultrasounds scan of your abdomen - if you have an enlarged splenomegaly you have to be evaluated for primary polycythemia ( where ur bone marrow produce more rbcs) in such a condition you have to do several mutation test. So only with the proper history we will be able to solve your case.
