Hello doctors, I am 32 weeks pregnant and normally dont take tea or coffee. Yesterday i had this craving of having cold coffee, so i had a glass of cold coffee, not very strong though. But last night i couldn't sleep a bit after having this. Nor i am feeling sleepy now. Is this because of the caffeine? Baby movements were also there the whole time( seems baby also didnt sleep) . Did i harm myself/baby for having coffee. I feel guilty now for not sleeping ane having this coffee.
