I am not getting sleep at night… I have a thyroid which has reduced from 5.26 to 2.45 I was consuming 50 then now I am consuming 25.. And I have PCOS. Bcoz of this reason I am facing issues..?

Please try to get the treatment for lack of sleep as a separate entity. Don't mix it with Thyroid problem or PCOS.
