Avoid hard brushing. Use soft bristle brush and gentle strokes for brushing your teeth. Use an antimicrobial mouthwash for rinsing your mouth twice a day. A visit to a dentist for proper clinical evaluation and treatment would be better.

You might have injured the gums by brushing hard. You can do warm saline rinses (3-4 times a day) for them to heal. It will take sometime. Avoid spicy food. Get the cleaning of teeth and gums done. Use a gum paint. And do not brush too hard. It will just damage your teeth and gums. Use a soft bristles toothbrush and keep a soft hand while brushing.

Bleeding gums may be due to chronic gingivitis or periodontitis as a result of plaque deposits.it can also occur due to intake of epileptic or antiplatelet drugs.get your teeth cleaned. Take antibiotics as per prescription.

You most likely have gingivitis that is inflammation of the gums due to plaque deposition.Please switch to soft bristle toothbrush and brush very lightly without exerting pressure. Also do warm salt water rinses 5-6 times a day,that will help subside the inflammation.kindly get a dental check up done for proper treatment
