hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. if required, get an x-ray done. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. also, get a good scaling and polishing done.

Hello maam Greetings of the day. You need to visit the dentist and get a clinical examination done. The swelling can be due to an infection in the tooth which might need a rct or an infection in the gums which will need scaling to be done.
