Gum sheding only 1 tooth which medicine to recover my gum. And how to clean my téeth means which medical toothpaste to back whitening I have use colgate whitning but this toothpaste givee only 30% result.

I feel may be you are brushing too hard like using more force while brushing.. secondly check is there any yellow deposits ( calculus ) on the back side of the tooth ? If yes then do brushing 2 times a day..on all surfaces of teeth..! If you can share the pik that would be best..Else pls follow the instructions..

May be due to calculus formation at  that particular tooth, gum is receding. Attach a picture for further guidance.

A picture will help explaining better , See gums going down is bcoz of the poor oral hygiene.When food debris ,plaque get accumulated between teeth and gums and by time it starts destruction in that area For preventing that you should see your dentist and get a cleaning (scaling ) done ,there are more other options for cleaning and whitening of teeth depending upon your teeth and gums condition Any good brand tooth paste will work same,but for your problem kindly visit ur dentist and regular followup will help maintaining good health of your teeth and gums

Get a professional cleaning done use stolin gum paint for 2 weeks twice a days leave it for 5 min. Then walk it off.

Gum recession might be due to deposition of calculus in that area, which generally requires scaling. Get a check up done from your dentist to rectify the problem.
