My front 2teeth has been root cannaled. The root cannal is done in the month of April now there is bit swollen in the back of the front right teeth. Slight pinkish. It's not paining. What would be the reason ?

This might be caused due to infection in gums or the tooth is re-infected... You need to do a general cleaning and also x-ray should be taken to confirm the diagnosis...
