Hi GUM INFECTION may be due to many causes 1.It may be due to cavitation of teeth which progress apically and causes GUM infection at the root apex 2.It may be due to periodontal (TOOTH SUPPORTING STRUCTURE) infection in between teeth gums and causes gum infection.. 3.It may also be due to pericoronitis(INFLAMMATION OF GUMS ) around the impacted teeth Complete clinical and radiological examination is necessary to rule out the cause If gum infection is due to caries , then root canal treatment has to be done If its is due to periodontal cause then treatment option will vary If it is due to impacted third molar teeth then extraction should be done
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur clinical examination and management
Health Tips
Antibiotics should be prescribed only after see the severity of infection..Avoid self medication

It seems there may be cavity in one of the two teeth. Due to food lodging there's inflammation and thus causing pain and bleeding.
Next Steps
refer to a dental surgeon ASAP who will do an x-ray and do the needful
Health Tips
warm saline rinses maybe helpful and any pain killer until you visit a dental surgeon.
