Bleeding gum occurs when there is chronic periodontal problem and there is severe plaque accumulated around teeth then u need to get deep scaling ..and u need to maintain ..ur oral cavity need to gargle ur Mouth with salt Luke warm water daily.and brush twice daily

Sorry.... only medicines won't help u cure ur problem totally.... u need to go for complete evaluation as ur problem is persisting since 4 years.... so it's serious... need to take OPG X-ray... to check for bone loss .... u need to check for plaque arnd ur teeth nd gums.... visit a dentist soon....
