Hello Sanjeev, First u did not mentioned if u r suffering from any medical issues. Second how many siitings u had previously while cleaning or specifically scaling as i can see chunks of calculus on ur teeth. Third ur hygiene routine u did not mentioned like times of brushing, which brush, any interdental aids n which mouthwash u r using. Fourth is ur bleeding from gums general or local. Fifth ur xray is showing bone loss in few areas that needs specialised treatment.
