Guilt, anger and depression due to past

I'm a 17 year old girl. Due to one of my past incident, m in depression and I tried hard to come out but m not able to... some thoughts come in mind and they trigger my emotions and I feel guilty, anger and sad on it and due to this stress gets create and I go out of bmy control and comes in a state find where I even don't understand simple things...eg..leting the past go and to understand there wasn't my fault...I want to out of this it's something like it's not me, just a helpless girl, who sends 5 hrs in crying for past from 24 hours...i just want to feel like me again...i just want to be normal and happy again...this life sucks...one thing  came in my life and he ruined my happy life and I know it's always we to decide how our life will go but I can't control my mind and so m.stuck...I don't know why,like it's a simple thing to forget the past and move on but m not able to do, m facing lot of health issues, like m not able to eat, my height is blocked Inf and i have problem of ocd.

Hi Consult a psychologist and explain about the past incident. The incident has affected you deeply and you are feeling anxious and depressed. You are not able to let go of the past. You want to be happy again. You are often having thoughts of the past and it is affecting your happiness. To feel better give yourself space and time to process thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
