Glucose tolerance test after taking 100g

My fasting is 74. After taking 100gm glucose post one hour it came 177 and post two hours it is 165. Are the ranges high? Currently 22 weeks pregnant.

Yes deranged This is gestational diabetes Follow a diabetic diet Walk Check fasting sugar n post prandial sugar after a week of diet n exercise Maintain fasting less than 95 Post prandial less than 140 if deranged medicine wud be started
