Getting tired and shortness of breath

My brother age 29 ..Since last few weeks he is complaining that he gets tired very easily and when he walks he face shortness of breath. We checked Spo2 it's normal Chest xray says normal ECG says normal. BP is normal What should we do ..What is the possibile cause for this ?? Kindly help

Shortness of breath is multifactorial...ranging from  as simple as anemia to cardiac/respiratory or even other systemic disorders.
