Getting scared

I get scared very easily. If I am on road and don't get cab, I start shivering and feel something bad will happen. I am even afraid of fights, arguments, accidents. Because of this fear I am unable to enjoy any situation. I am taking nexito 5 as suggested by doctor few months ago, i feel less anxious then.

Hey The medication (Nexito 5) helps calm the physical side, but to truly heal, you’ll need to retrain your mind’s safety signals. Start by grounding yourself whenever panic begins feel your feet on the ground, take slow 4–6 breathing, and remind yourself, “I am safe, not in danger.” Gradually expose yourself to feared situations (like waiting for a cab) while using relaxation to teach your brain that you can handle uncertainty. Also, journaling daily triggers and bodily sensations helps identify patterns your therapist can target through CBT especially by challenging catastrophic thoughts like something bad will happen. You’ll slowly rebuild confidence in your body and your environment. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five

It's good that you are feeling better. Do consult with your doctor regularly. Along with this, you can start therapy that will help in cognitive restructuring. This kind of situations are common and professional help is recommended so that it can be managed in a early stage.

These are symptoms of an anxiety disorder. Medication alone may not be helpful, talk therapy and learning coping skills will also be helpful.
