Hi Its always best advised to consult doctor before taking any kind of protein powders and that too when you are pregnant with gestational diabetes.. Kindly consult your gynaecologist or obstetrician for better advise on taking or consuming protein powders... Hi If you are non vegetarian then I ll suggest you to have egg whites 2 to 3 in a day . But if you are vegetarian then you need a supplement for sure you can have proteix lite which is sugar-free in the water. Avoid too much carbs . And keep your self active by doing walk and yoga.
