Did you take counseling sessions? If yes, then it's great. If not, you can consider taking sessions once a month. Though I would recommend you to consult this with your doctor first

Hello sir It’s good that you’re feeling better after starting medication. But with OCD, stopping medicines too early can bring symptoms back. Usually, psychiatrists recommend continuing for a longer duration even when you feel well, so that recovery is stable. Please don’t stop or change your medicine on your own always consult your psychiatrist. Alongside medication, CBT therapy helps you manage thoughts and compulsions so you’re not only dependent on medicines. Take therapy. Very very important query, You have to continue your medications because * To prevent reoccurrence of symptoms and to maintain the improvement* Gradually over a period of a few months, medication dose will be optimised i.e minimum effective dose while monitoring the improvement and symptoms relapse Most people abruptly stop medications thinking that now what is the need, when I m alright ( to prevent relapse and to maintain the improvement as in case of HTN,DM, Medication is continued to prevent variation in BP, sugar respectively)

Hello, OCD is a long-term condition. Even if you are feeling better now, stopping the medicine too early can bring back the symptoms. Usually, treatment is continued for many months (sometimes years) for good control. Please do not stop the medicine on your own.

Ideally you need to continue meds for at least 8-12 months, taper and then stop them.
