I get stools daily but i have to sit long for it 5-10 min so it feels like constipation but when stools pass it's not hard lumps it's soft but not really formed. I keep getting pressure for stools most of the day but there is nothing when I go washroom. Also facing increased flatulence and burps because of gas. I went for ultrasound I'm attaching report. Please tell me what to do next

Your ultrasound shows faecal loading in the ascending colon and caecum, which may be contributing to your symptoms. Since your stools are soft but difficult to evacuate, I recommend adequate hydration, gradually increasing dietary fibre, and regular physical activity. Avoid straining and prolonged sitting on the toilet. An osmotic laxative such as PEG may help soften stools and improve bowel movements. let me know if you experience incomplete evacuation or pain relief after passing stools, so I can guide you further.

Your ultrasound shows every organ, including your uterus and ovaries, as normal. The one finding is fecal matter loaded in your caecum and ascending colon, which fits with the straining and incomplete-emptying feeling you're describing. This pattern, along with the gas and bloating, usually points to a motility issue rather than anything structural.
Next Steps
Increase fluids and fibre through fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and stay physically active through the day. A fibre supplement or stool softener can help, and a gastroenterologist can guide which one suits you and rule out any underlying cause for the 3-month duration.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if you notice blood in your stool, unintended weight loss, or the pain near your liver area getting worse.
