I got my knee twisted while playing basketball 4 days back. I got an mri done immediately which revealed that i have a full thickness tear of ACL at the femoral attachment and partial fibre tear of lateral collateral ligament at the femoral attachment. Would i have to undergo a surgery ?

If there is laxity u will need surgery. That can be determined by a orthopaedic surgeon
