Fruits and vegetables in acid reflux

Can I take curd, papaya, apple and coconut water as I am suffering from acid reflux problem and I am taking medicine for this and I am also a diabetic patient of type 2. I want to know about these few things can I consume this, is it trigger my acid reflux problem or not??
