First go for o.p.g xray, show it to your dentist. Dependig upon the bone loss dentist will decide whether the natural teeth can be retained by splinting or need to be replaced. At any any age teeth can be replaced.

Teeth should never fall at any age if proper care is regularly taken.  That's why we tell our patients to visit ur dentist atleast 2 or 3 times a year for a periodic check up.
