Some days when I'm about to sleep I get urge to urinate, and feel thirsty and drink water..this cycle repeats till I falls asleep. This does not happen everyday, few days I'm completely normal and few days I get this problem.. I do not wake up from sleep just to urinate, it's always before I get sleep. I also got my sugar level checked.. fasting 85.5 and HBA1c is 5.6

How much caffeine do you consume ? Start noticing what triggers this as you said this does not happen everyday.. try to find the cause - stress, high caffeine etc.
Next Steps
find the cause by closely monitoring your lifestyle, diet , stress etc.
Health Tips
stay calm , decrease caffeine / tea consumption if it's more frequent in a day ..
