I feel very weakness , my throat and lips are always dry. I feel thirst . When i drink water i goto urine and still feel thirst. My throat is also dried up and voice is very hoarse and cracky. I start feeling sleepy after 2- 3 hours after morning sleep. My focus and concentration has also become very poor. I also feel lightness of mind whenever i make sudden movements of head and body. My bowel movement is ok but i have gas problem.
