Frequent neck sprain

When doing my daily activities my neck muscle will catch a sprain which will withstand for atleast 4 days. During this time period my neck get stuck to single position and cont be as usual I mean cont move freely... I have this problem for may 6 years and its Hartlebury very frequently.

Greetings,  sorry about the pain. Your pain seems to be due to poor muscle imbalances at neck and shoulders.  Nothing to be worried.
Next Steps
get to see a physio with knowledge about trigger point therapy and posture correction and in 2 weeks time 40% of your problem is solved. following exercise recommended by physio to correct muscle imbalances will cure the remaining 60% of pain in 2 months time.  this is the time taken to strengthen your neck and shoulder muscles.  until 2 months follow up with physio to see full results.
