From your symptoms ,, looks like acute indigestion with acidity & diarrhea. Eating heavy meals, sweets, and outside food together can irritate the stomach and bowels, leading to loose motions, bloating, and acid reflux. The uneasy feeling in the chest appears to be acid reflux, related, because associated with fullness and improves after passing motion. However, at your age, chest discomfort should never be ignored completely, even if acidity is suspected.
Next Steps
C Pan-DSR ,, once daily, 30 minutes before breakfast x 7 days ORS – sip frequently to prevent dehydration Probiotic capsule bd daily for 5 days If loose motions increase:  add Racecadotril (after doctor consult) Diet advice for next 3days : Soft, light food (rice, curd, banana) Avoid sweets, spicy and  fried foods, outside foods Very important: If chest discomfort continues or become severe radiates to left arm and is associated with sweating, breathlessness, or dizziness Get an ECG done immediately / consult a doctor in person.
Health Tips
Do not lie down immediately after food,,wait at least 2hours . Eat small meals instead of heavy meals. Avoid tea, coffee late evening and on empty stomach Stay well hydrated....

Dear Patient Your symptoms suggest acute indigestion with acidity and mild loose motions, likely due to heavy meal, sweets, and outside food. Relief after passing stool supports gastric disturbance rather than any serious issue. What you should do • Take light diet like khichdi, curd rice, banana, toast • Avoid oily, spicy, sweets, tea coffee for 1 to 2 days • Drink plenty of fluids ORS or coconut water • Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast for 3 to 5 days • Probiotic capsule once daily for 3 days • If motions increase you can take Racecadotril or ORS This usually settles within 24 to 48 hours. Consult me if diarrhea increases more than 4 to 5 times, vomiting starts, fever occurs, or symptoms persist beyond 2 days. Text me on Practo for proper treatment plan and medicines.
