Frequent headache

Im having frequent head aches most of the time in afternoon usually its one sided but sometime whole head is aching i recently started intermittent fasting and im noticing this symptoms since then, could it be the reason of my head ache or is it because of migraine or any other significant condition? Doctor please help me and give me some remedy or treatment Thank you all

Hi dear Headache could be due to multiple reasons But if u are saying that it started after fasting then it could because of low sugar as well some people can not tolerate that sort of diets. If its continuous then stop ur diet for a while and see if the pain still persists then kindly follow up so I can discuss everything in detail and then find out what exactly is wrong Take care

There are a million reason for headache. With this info it's quite difficult to pinpoint the cause... But if it's chronologically related to you starting intermittent fasting than ya sure.. it could be the cause . Hypoglycemia does cause headache commonly

Fasting can cause u this It will increase more acid Headache is because of this gas So take 2 hrly food Avoid spicy food Do exercise regularly

Hello i have noted your concern Head aches can be due to multiple reasons, skipping meals reduced fluid intake or change in eye sight, migraine, sinus head ache, decreased sleep or stress these are the few common causes, to relieve head ache you need to take proper rest eat your meals on time and use over the counter medicine for relieving pain
