For nutritional supplements

I would like a consultation regarding nutritional supplements and overall health. Due to my busy schedule and irregular diet, I feel I am not getting complete nutrition from food alone. I am also experiencing hair thinning and some stomach digestion issues such as bloating and improper digestion at times. I want guidance on safe and suitable supplements for nutrition, hair health, gut health, energy, and immunity according to my age, lifestyle, and dietary habits.

Thank you for the query . As a 29 year old female with these symptoms , I would suggest you to get a blood thyroid profile done . There can be multiple factors affecting your health which includes nutritional deficiencies , improper sleep , stress , unhealthy dietary habits and conditions like hypothyroidism .
Next Steps
Get T3, T4, TSH levels done , along with vitamin D3 & B12 and a regular CBC . Tell me your daily routine and will help you accordingly .

Hair thinning, bloating, digestive discomfort, low energy, and concerns about nutrition can often be linked to dietary gaps, lifestyle factors, stress, sleep quality, and underlying nutrient deficiencies. Before recommending any supplements, I would first assess your age, medical history, dietary pattern, lifestyle, sleep, stress levels, and any recent blood reports. This helps ensure that any supplements suggested for hair health, gut health, immunity, and energy are safe, effective, and suited to your individual needs. Many people benefit from targeted nutritional support, but taking supplements without proper assessment may not address the root cause of the problem. I would be happy to guide you with a personalized nutrition and supplement plan based on your requirements.
Next Steps
Please book a consultation and share your age, weight, dietary habits, current medications (if any), and recent health reports for a detailed assessment.

Taking supplements is not something sustainable. I would suggest you to consult a nutritionist and get yourself assessed thoroughly on your food habits, physical activity and medical conditions. Accordingly you can get the changes made to your diet and lifestyle which will help you in achieving overall health sustainably.
