Your symptoms can happen after long-term under-eating and malnutrition. The body often becomes weak, sensitive to irregular eating, and prone to bloating, fatigue, and weight fluctuations during recovery. The fact that bloating improves when you eat consistently with adequate protein is actually a positive sign that your body responds better to structured nourishment.
Next Steps
Focus on: regular meal timings, protein in every meal, easy-to-digest balanced foods, hydration, proper sleep, and gradual strength rebuilding. Tests which can help: CBC Thyroid profile Vitamin D & B12 HbA1c/blood sugar Iron profile if weakness is significant

Hii, we first need to identify for any deficiencies through blood test (like  vit b12, d3 ,folate, iron etc) many deficiencies cause weakness even when you are eating well. Secondly, we have to work on your digestion and absorption, you have to plan your meals accordingly so that you are not eating too much (as it lead to obesity) but also eating enough to maintain healthy weight and active body.
Next Steps
You can consult me (homeopath+ dietician: both concerns will be addressed together in a natural way) or any other Nutritionist of your choice.
Health Tips
* GET YOU FULL BODY SCAN DONE( INCLUDING VITAMIN PROFILES) 1. Include adequate amount of protein in your diet. 2. Do not haphazardly follow random plans. 3. Avoid gassy food. 4. Identify the food triggers, if any, which cause bloating or gastric symptoms 5. Maintain activity level. If you feel weak you can do random 5 mints walk, multiple times a day, inactivity can be very dangerous in the long run
