Respected sir im 105 kg after doing workout. Briskwalking dieting and doing dash diet I lost 7 kg weight in a 15 days . in present im 98kg  my height is 6.feet1 inch ..every moring I do brisk walking and in breakfast I take 1 plate full  fruits  like Apple .carrot .beetroot. Mosambi.oranges .and sometimes I take oats with pasturized toned milk with adding little honey and pistachio and fruits in garnishing and ...green tea I take after bf . 3 roti in lunch with a boil vegetable with little salt.some time I take India gate brownrice  In evening doing exercise 1 hours and brisk walking after exercise for 15 min after coming home I take green tea in night I take 3 roti with boil vegetables and brisk walking 25 min continuesly According to my height what should be my weight plz guide me best diet for maintaining a healthy bp and life style ... Is brown rice is good for healthy heart and maintaing a healthy bp ...

Brother, please dont worry your work out plan is more than enough. Your BMI is at 33 i.e. Obese. Ideal is less than 25 i.e. 78to 82 kg. At the age of 26 please dont worry about any thing. Cut down carbs you can abundance of protein. Drink at least 4 l of water everyday. Feel free to ask doubts.
