First of all only protein is not enough to gain weight, a balanced diet with recommended calorie intake (it's different for each individual with respect to thier age, lifestyle, physical activity, medical conditions ), protein, fat, vitamins and minerals (for appropriate metabolism) is needed for a healthy weight gain.
Easily digested protien is ofcourse plant based protien.
Protein powders or any Supplimentation is added to diet only if required n have any medical conditions .
Natural foods contains all the nutrients required for a healthy well being and is easily metabolised and absorbed. Anything artificial is foreign to our system.
