Glutathione is an important antioxidant that is firstly made by the body, but is also found in dietary sources. Unfortunately, your levels of this antioxidant can be depleted due to many factors, such as aging, a poor diet and a sedentary lifestyle.
Next Steps
You can maintain appropriate glutathione levels by increasing your physical activity, avoiding drinking too much alcohol, getting enough sleep and eating a balanced diet.
Health Tips
1. Eat selenium rich foods. Cottage cheese , if non vegetarians include fish , chicken 2. Go for vitamin c rich foods. Strawberries, oranges , papaya 3. Include foods like spinach , avocado and okra in your diet 4. You can include foods which are rich in sulphur in your diet such as cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, kale mustard greens.
