Please give food chart for prediabetics. Before food 108 and after food 164. I'm staying in hostel. Please tell me what are all I can eat morning afternoon evening and dinner

Reduce sweets and refined carbohydrates in diet .take more high fibre vegetables.

Decrease sugared food/processed foods/potatoes/white rice/baked items/watermelon.. If at all u feel like eating fruits ..take less riped fruits.. U can eat green leafy vegetables/veg salad.. Have small frequent meals instead of large meal.. Have good bf and little dinner Go to regular walk/exercise to burn out ur calories Contact if you need any further guidance

Avoid large 3 meals in a day have small frequent meals. Low carbohydrate high protein. Less refined sugar.

Avoid rice during night , use oats during night. Avoid oily foods , junk foods. Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Avoid banana it is rich in carbohydrate. Avoid potato , fries.
