Hie.. This is the case of aggressive periodontitis.. do u have any family history for the same? And yes you need to go for flap surgery with bone grafts at some place.. after that do maintain it with regular follow ups at 3 months.. 6 months ..1 year.. if not treated timely..which lead to gradual loss of all teeth... since there is bone loss
Next Steps
Kindly consult or visit clinic

This is a case of generalized periodontitis. The amount of bone loss at such a young age is extreme. Laser assisted flap surgery is advised with regular follow ups and good maintenance of oral hygiene. (If needed a graft may also be placed)
Next Steps
consult a good periodontist and follow the instructions carefully.
Health Tips
Periodontal treatment requires equal cooperation from the patient especially in terms of follow up and maintenance of oral hygiene
