38years female suffering with fissure in ano since 2wks, bleeding pe rectum streak type is present and pain. please prescribe any antibiotic

There is no need of antibiotic Increase green veggies in diet Apply anovate ointment on rectum before defeacation, and dont strain while passing Syrup lactulose 5tbsp HS X 5 DAYS Syrup movicol in case nothing works
